Terms of booking

These terms apply when you book a session through actorheadshots.co.uk. Your session is run by an independent photographer; we arrange the booking and take the payment.

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once payment is taken. The price shown when you book is the full price for the session, including the gallery and the retouched images listed for that package.

Changing or cancelling

To move or cancel, email us as early as you can. More than 48 hours before the session: a full refund or a new time. Within 48 hours: we will try to move you once if your photographer agrees, but the payment is not refundable. If your photographer has to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

On the day

Arrive on time with the clothes you want to shoot. A session that starts late because you arrive late still ends at its booked time. Young performers must be with a parent or guardian throughout.

Your photos

Your gallery opens on lemon.gallery within 48 hours of the session. You may use your retouched images for your own acting career, including Spotlight, casting sites, agents and your own website, crediting the photographer. Copyright stays with the photographer.

Problems

If something goes wrong, email us within 14 days of the session and we will work it out with you and your photographer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
